Brighter Days Kids Club - Breakfast and After School Childcare

Brighter Days Kids Club

Dear Parents and Carers,

Our friendly team at Brighter Days, based in the Life Learning Room here at Wymondley JMI School offer before and after school childcare for every child in every year group across the school.

At our breakfast club which runs from Monday to Friday, from 7:45-8:45am the children will enjoy a healthy, nutritious breakfast.

During our after school club which runs from Tuesday to Thursday, from 3:15-5:30pm, the children will enjoy a healthy snack.

There will be a wide selection of games, activities, arts and crafts, game consoles, construction, cooking, sewing and much, much more!

Our breakfast club costs £3 each morning which we believe offers excellent value for money, while our after school is equally good value at £3 per hour.

We also drop off and/or collect from after school clubs here at the school.

Latest Brighter Days News...

We regret to inform you that due to a lack of interest in the breakfast and after school club we have had to make some changes. After serious consideration the following changes will be implemented from week commencing 4th March 2019. The breakfast club will continue to run every morning from 7:45am to 8:45am, but the after school club will only run from Tuesday to Thursday from 3:15-5:30.

We really hope that more families will look to take advantage of the provision that we offer. If numbers increase, we will be very happy to once again offer childcare from 3:15-6pm five days each week. Unfortunately, if numbers do not increase we will have little choice but to withdraw the service.

Some may not be aware, but tax credits can be claimed and they can be used to cover up to 80% of the cost. Please pop in if you would like to discuss this further and

please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns or suggestions.

Kind regards,

Jess and the Brighter Days Team
