Class 1 Hospital
Class 1 have really enjoyed learning about 'People who help us' - after a visit from our school nurse we decided to change our role play area into a hospital. There have been broken bones to fix, plasters and bandages to attach, prescriptions to write, X-rays to examine and patients to care for...I wonder what ideas the children will have for the role play area next term?
Snow day!
We couldn't resist making the most of the snowy weather today! We wrapped up warm and ventured outside to catch snowflakes on our tongue, make footprints in the snow and throw snowballs - we also managed to set up some exciting ice related experiments. We then enjoyed some hot chocolate together to help warm us up!
