Science Week
A great way to mark one of many amazing subjects! Science week gave our children the opportunity to find out more about real scientists through assemblies this week, while of course seeing some memorable experiments take place as well! This was all followed up with an additional focus on Science in every classroom with one of the most memorable moments being the 'how far can you stretch a curly-wurly without it braking' experiment, which saw a lot of learning around exactly how and why some results occurred while bringing a smile to the faces of everyone! There was also a great workshop for every class to take part in based on the science around evolution, with a particular focus on fossils. Thank you to Mrs Burrows for organising this wonderful learning experience!
