Roald Dahl Museum
On Tuesday 21st November we went on a class trip to the Roald Dahl Museum where we had a workshop all about creating characters. We found out where Roald Dahl got inspiration from to create some of his most famous characters and had a go at using some of his techniques. We also found out about Roald Dahl's life when he was a child and what lead him to become an author, as well as looking around a replica of his actual writing hut.
We came back to school full of brilliant ideas of activities we wanted to try out in the classroom based on our trip.
