Hire of Wymondley School Hall and Grounds

Terms and Conditions

The school Hall is available for hire during evenings, weekends and school holidays at a rate of £25.00 per hour, which would be reduced for block bookings. The School Pitches and toilets are also available for hire at the rate of £25.00 per hour, which would be reduced for block bookings. This rate is reduced for families with pupils at Wymondley School. A refundable deposit of £25.00 is requested at the time of booking to cover any breakages or damage.

Facilities which are available:

• The School Hall                                                             

• The School Pitches

• Toilets facilities via side Hall entrance

• Kitchen (at an additional fee of £10 per hour) this is for the use of sinks/surfaces/hatch to hall.

Children playing in the grounds and outside play equipment MUST have adult supervision at all times.

All rubbish must be cleared away from the school site after the event, floors must be swept and all areas used must be left clean and tidy.

Building Operating Procedures

• Please remove any litter from the school after use and ensure building and grounds are left as found.

• Please park in the car park and on the playground if needed (not on the grass). We do have residents living opposite and would not want to cause them any concern by blocking the road with parked cars.

• A first aid box is located on the stage area in the hall.

In An Emergency

If you require the Emergency Services always ring 999 before ringing the confidential contact numbers which will be provided at time of booking.

Fire exits for the school hall are situated via:

• The doors left of stage as you look at it

• Side entrance by kitchen

• On the stage (right as you look at it) through stage storage area.
